This form has been created specifically to gather information about all volunteers for the upcoming Family Camp in 2024. The form will cover your personal details, ministries you are currently serving in and the amazing variety of ways you can serve our church Family camp.
Before filling out this form, you must acknowledge that you will not be a spectator at this camp, you will be an active participant and an upstanding role model to the church. Please read each section carefully and answer to the best of your ability.
